The company proposed for the general subscription and her coverage was complete wholly with keeping the government in share 24% of total shares. The decree (4) dictated from the essential regime for establishment of the company her purposes which originated for the rising in what follows:

Possesses, establishing, rent, operating and maintenance of stations of the fuel and centers of customer service in the station Where progress of all services for the cars central such as change of the oils, laundry of the cars, workshop of the maintenance, the artistic correction and the examination in addition to central markets services.

The rising in mobilization, storing, transport works and trade in the petroliferous products by buying and selling wholesale and division.

Purchase, rent, possesses and selling of the lands and estates in the following sites for the company with the aim of achieves the company purposes
